In the following, we describe the processing of personal data in the Game on Level Up! project.

Why is personal data collected?

The Live Foundation offers a wide range of services. The personal data we collect depends on the services you use or download. The purpose of use determines what kind of information about the user is collected in which situation.

The reasons for collecting personal data can be, for example:

• Compliance with legal obligations: We process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations.

• Providing Services: We collect and/or process personal data to provide and provide Services. Providing services requires that we process personal data for order processing and delivery, invoicing or for customer service.

What kind of information is collected about me?

We collect and process e.g. the following types of personal data:

• personal data related to the customer, such as information about orders and invoicing and payment information

• personal data related to marketing.

Where do I get my information from?

We collect personal data that:

You give when you do business with us, for example, when you use our services or subscribe to our newsletter.

We receive from other sources such as gameonlevelup.eu.

Who processes my personal data or is it passed on?

The Game On- Level Up! project can process personal data in accordance with the current EU Personal Data Act. Data may be processed only by those employees of the project for whom it is necessary in terms of their work tasks. We do not outsource the processing of personal data to a third party.

The project coordinator has the obligation to hand over personal data in accordance with the requirements set forth by the authority and the conditions based on the law. We do not transfer data outside the EU or EEA.

How do we secure personal data?

We use the necessary technical and organizational data security measures to protect personal data. Such means are e.g. the use of firewalls, limited access rights and monitoring of their use, appropriate cost management, instructing the personnel involved in the processing of personal data and careful selection of contractual partners who use personal data. Are cookies used on the site?

We can collect information about the user’s terminal device using cookies (“cookies”).

Checking, correcting, and deleting your own data

You have the right to know whether we are processing your personal data. If your personal data is processed, you have the right to see and check the personal data stored about you. The inspection can be done once a year free of charge. The inspection request is made by e-mail.

You have the right to request the completion or correction of incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete, or outdated personal data.

In certain situations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. Such situations include e.g. the fact that the original purpose of data collection no longer exists or you withdraw your consent, which has been a prerequisite for the processing of your personal data.

Your data cannot be deleted when their retention is based on a provision of the law.
